Stewardship of the Aletheian Guilder.
The monetary institution being established for the Sovereign Covenant State of Aletheia, and the issuer of its currency, the Aletheian Guilder. Its purpose is simple: money that keeps its value, payments that work, and a public record anyone can check.

Five denominations, in design.
The banknote series of the Guilder is designed in five denominations, from 1 to 100 AEY. Each note has its own colour and portrait, drawn in the engraved tradition of banknote art, with themes taken from the character of the nation: faith and learning, discovery, the public record and the sea.
A currency held to account.
A fiat currency is trusted for the rules that govern it, not for a promise to exchange it.
-
A fiat currency
Money issued by a public institution under law, as most of the world’s currencies are. Its value rests on the rules and institutions behind it, and on the confidence of the people who use it.
-
Issued by rule
New money is created only under published rules, entered in a public register and reported on a regular calendar, so that anyone can follow what has been issued and why.
-
Decided in public
Policy is prepared with its evidence, put to consultation and published with its reasons before it is adopted, and reviewed on a set date afterwards.
Steward of the Guilder.
A central bank serves the whole nation. The Reserve Bank of Aletheia is being built to do that work with independence, discipline and openness.
- Issue
- To issue the Aletheian Guilder in banknotes and in digital form, and to safeguard its integrity.
- Set policy
- To set monetary policy that keeps the Guilder’s value stable, and to explain each decision.
- Build payments
- To provide safe, final settlement and to foster payments that are fast and affordable.
- Keep the record
- To account in public for everything it issues, and to publish its accounts and statistics.
